Shipping & returns
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If the item is defective or damaged, Solenne Style covers the return shipping cost. For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
How do I return an item?
Items can be returned within 30 business days from delivery. They must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Contact us at Info@solennestyle.com to initiate a return.
What happens if my package is lost or delayed?

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping in the UK typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
